Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website u65leads.co and the lead-generation products and services (the “Services”) provided by PJP LLC, doing business as U65 Leads (“U65 Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services you agree to these Terms, our Subscription & Cancellation Policy, our Refunds & Replacements Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

The Services are offered to licensed insurance agents, advisors, and agencies. By purchasing you represent that you are at least 18 years old, hold the licenses required to solicit and sell health insurance in every state you select for lead delivery, and will use the leads only for lawful insurance marketing.

2. What We Provide

U65 Leads generates consumer inquiries (“leads”) from people aged 18 to 64 who have requested information about private, non-marketplace health insurance. Prospects complete a survey covering items such as income range, health status, age, ZIP code, and household size, and their phone number is checked using a third-party telecom lookup (Telnyx) to confirm it is a valid number before delivery. Lead quantities, delivery schedules, geographic availability, and data fields may vary by product and are described at the time of purchase.

Leads are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee contact rates, appointment rates, conversion rates, premium volume, or any sales outcome. Consumers self-report their answers; we cannot warrant that every response is accurate.

3. Exclusivity

Every lead delivered to you is generated for you alone. U65 Leads does not resell, share, redistribute, or “age” your leads to other agents. Once a lead is delivered to you, it remains exclusively yours.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

The Services are sold as weekly subscriptions billed automatically each week to the payment method you provide through our payment processor, Stripe. There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and future lead delivery at the end of the current billing week. Charges that have already been processed are final and non-refundable as described in our Refunds & Replacements Policy. See the Subscription & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Lead Delivery and the Lead Portal

Leads are delivered through the U65 Leads lead portal and, at your option, by email, text message, Google Sheet, or GoHighLevel integration. A lead is considered delivered when it is made available in the portal. You are responsible for monitoring your portal, inbox, and phone. Failure to log in, view, download, or work leads does not make a purchase refundable.

6. Compliance and Your Obligations

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your contact with consumers, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC one-to-one consent rules, state telemarketing and insurance regulations, Do-Not-Call requirements, and CAN-SPAM. The agent name you provide at checkout is disclosed to consumers as the party who will contact them, and you agree that only that named agent or agency will contact the lead. You agree not to resell, transfer, or share leads with third parties, and not to use leads for any purpose other than offering insurance products.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Because leads are digital products delivered immediately and continuously, you agree to contact us at support@u65leads.co before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute so we can investigate. A chargeback does not cancel your subscription or eliminate amounts owed. We may suspend portal access and lead delivery while a dispute is pending and may provide the payment processor with documentation, including your survey answers and policy acknowledgment.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, portal, branding, and all content are owned by PJP LLC and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered lead data for your own insurance marketing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PJP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE FOUR (4) WEEKS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PJP LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your contact with consumers, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sarpy County, Nebraska.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance.
